It guarantees the excellent quality of the final product. Fresh or frozen meat is fed to its hopper and there are two specially designed spiral options here. Material is moved towards the grinding set with grinding worm. Desired structure is obtained depending on the composition of the selected worm. It is easy to disassemble, assemble, and clean. It is suitable with the European standards food codex. It has been completely manufactured from AISI 304 quality stainless steel in compliance with hygiene rules.
