Description:
The MV1-27 bath thermostat offers you of course the same
features as the hanging thermostat. In addition the bath thermostat
is supplied with a 27 litres capacity stainless steel basin on a
stable stainless steel bridge frame and with a matching lid.
This compact solution is particularly suitable for cooking over
long time periods, since the steam and electrical consumption is
reduced to a minimum with this enclosed unit.

We recommend the following accessories for the thermostats:
• Separating grille for MV1-27
The separating grill serves as a partition in the basin and is
particularly recommended in the a la carte business.
• Cover grille for MV1-27
The two cover grilles are simply fitted onto the edge of the
basin and they hold the floating vacuum bags under the water.
• iSi Gourmet 0.5 litre holder for MV1-27
With this you can hang your 0.5 litre iSi Gourmet Whip
for exact temperature control on the edge of the basin.
• iSi Gourmet 1.0 litre holder for MV1-27
With this you can hang your 1.0 litre iSi Gourmet Whip
for exact temperature control on the edge of the basin.
• Anti-steam balls (pack unit 1,000 pieces)
The anti-steam balls serve to reduce heat loss, evaporation,
oxygenation, and the impact of odours and light.
Ideal if there is no matching lid available.
• Bath clamp large size for MV1
The wider bath clamp fastens the hanging thermostat
more stably with larger cooking pots up to a wall thickness
of 60 mm.
