Operating from new premises with space for administration, sales, stores, showroom, demonstrations and workshop, the company is managed by five administrative and sales personnel and three technicians.
A.G. Packaging Systems Ltd. specifically supplies industrial services and products to the local industry. The machinery and material are of the highest standards of modern technology. Due to the present climate, A.G.P.S. Ltd. aids local business entrepreneurs, being either manufacturers or distributors, to present their products, whether for local consumption or for export, to a standard compatible not only with the EEC, but also with international requirements. Presentation of raw foodstuffs that are to be displayed for sale on counters is of paramount importance.
Products offered by A.G. Packaging Systems Ltd. include Vacuum Packaging, Shrink Wrapping, manual and automatic Tray Wrapping, Strapping, Bag Sealing and manual and automatic Pallet Wrapping, vertical and horizontal Form-Fill-Seal and Flow-Wrap machines, and Liquid Filling lines, thermal and thermal transfer bar code Label Printers, PVC ID Card Printers and Electronic Scales.
To complement this machinery, multi-layer vacuum bags, barrier bags and thermoforming film, PE and CPP bags, OPP, PVC and PE packaging and shrink film, PVC stretch film, strapping tape, geared motors and variable speed controllers, conveyor belting, electronic and pneumatic control equipment, and thermal and thermal transfer labels, ribbons, etc., are normally available ex-stock.
All this necessitates ancillary equipment such as custom-built conveyor systems and tunnel ovens, on-line thermal transfer printers, label printers and automatic labelling machines.
This organisation includes an engineering workshop with skilled personnel trained on all relative machinery and backed by a continuous supply of spares from the stores.
